The Postdoctoral Research Mobile Stations of Business Administration of Liaoning University is now recruiting postdoctoral fellows for the year 2024, in accordance with National Postdoctoral Regulatory Commission’s regulations on postdoctoral recruitment, the document Postdoctoral Provisional Regulations of Liaoning University (2024 revision), as well as the postdoctoral recruitment requirements of Liaoning University 2024.

Ⅰ. About the Station

Founded in 1999, the Postdoctoral Mobile Station of Business Administration is backed by the first level discipline of business administration of Liaoning University, which is the first-rate discipline (Category A) of Liaoning Province. The Station covers four fields of study, including business management, accounting, technological economics and management, and tourism management. Among the collaborating mentors in the Station are the selectee of national talents, the recipient of the special government allowances of the State Council, the scholars supported by New Century Excellent Talents in University Program, the selectee of Xing Liao Talents Plan of Liaoning Province, and the selectee of Hundred, Thousand and Ten Thousand Talents Project of Liaoning Province. At present, the Station is undertaking dozens of important projects of the National Social Science Fund of China and the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and has won important awards such as the Outstanding Achievement Award of Humanities and Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education and the First Prize of Liaoning Provincial Philosophy and Social Science Achievement Award. A number of proposals have been adopted at the national, ministerial and provincial levels, and the research results have been published in top journals both at home and abroad, including Economic Research Journal and Management World.

LNU provides the postdoctoral fellows with good compensation package, and the postdoctoral fellows have played an important role in discipline development as well as in high-level scientific research.

Ⅳ. Eligibility

1. Applicants should adhere to the correct political and academic orientation, consciously abide by academic ethics and norms, and have no record of bad behaviors.

2. Applicants should possess physical and mental health as well as strong research ability and professionalism, and be able to accomplish postdoctoral research work dutifully.

3. Applicants should have a doctoral degree, which was obtained no more than three years. The applicants should not be over 35 years old (including 35). For those who apply for admission to postdoctoral research stations in the field of humanities and social sciences or key professional fields, or who have obtained a doctoral degree abroad, the age of admission can be extended to 40 years old.

4. In principle, doctoral graduates from the faculty which the Station is affiliated to are allowed to apply the postdoctoral fellows at the same first-level discipline, but doctoral graduates of LNU are not allowed to apply the postdoctoral fellows in the same school.

5. Applicants should meet other postdoctoral recruitment requirements at both national and university levels.

Ⅴ. Benefits and Funding

1. Salary: The annual pre-tax salary for faculty postdoctoral fellows is 180,000 RMB, and the annual pre-tax salary for research postdoctoral fellows is 150,000 RMB. The salary will be paid for two years. Postdoctoral fellows selected for the State-funded Postdoctoral Fellowship Program during their stay in the university are eligible to receive both the corresponding funding support. The LNU does not provide remuneration benefits for working postdoctoral fellows and joint-trained postdoctoral fellows.

2. Research support: LNU provides faculty postdoctoral fellows with research funds of 20,000 yuan. If the project is approved by the National Natural Science Foundation of China or the National Social Science Foundation of China or the China Postdoctoral Foundation with Liaoning University as the first signatory, LNU will provide 20,000 RMB research support for each project.

3. Rental subsidy: LNU provides rental subsidies for faculty postdoctoral fellows and research postdoctoral fellows at 1,500 RMB per person per month for two years.

Ⅵ Application

1. Applicants should submit written application materials to the Postdoctoral Mobile Station of Business Administration (see Appendix 2), and send the electronic version to the following corresponding e-mail.

2. The Station will complete the preliminary examination, interview and assessment and submit the declaration materials to the Office of Postdoctoral Management Committee of Liaoning University (Faculty Section, Personnel Office) on December 31, 2024.
